Welcome to our Parish Website here in Wythenshawe, England.

As Parish Priest of Our Lady Queen of Peace & St Carlo Acutis, it is a great joy to serve in Wythenshawe and, from the Parish, to provide Chaplaincy to Wythenshawe Hospital and Manchester Airport.

I serve the Churches of St Anthony, Woodhouse Park and St Elizabeth’s, Peel Hall, as well as the community of St John Fisher and St Thomas More, Benchill.

The schools serving the Parish are: St Anthony Catholic Primary School, St Elizabeth Catholic Primary School, St John Fisher and St Thomas More Catholic Primary School, and St Paul Catholic High School. All our schools are part of the Corpus Christi Catholic Academy Trust.

If I can be of any support to you and your family, especially the sick, the housebound, anyone in particular need or difficulty, or anyone in need of prayer or spiritual care, please do not hesitate to contact me.

We are especially blessed that our Bishop granted the name of one of the newest saints of the Church - St Carlo Acutis - to the dedication of our Parish following St Carlo’s canonisation by the Holy Father, Pope Leo XIV, in September 2025, as we have a first-class relic of St Carlo which is available for veneration and for personal prayer at St Anthony’s Church.

May our Lady and St Carlo, our patrons and the patron saints of our Churches and Schools: St Paul, St Anthony, St John Fisher and St Thomas More, and St Elizabeth pray for us in Wythenshawe.
